Department of Assamese

The college was established in 2011 since then the department of Assamese has been functional. The Department aims at providing the students with include translations, reading and writing skills. It also aims at acquainting its students to some extent with the culture, tradition, history and social value of the Assamese speaking state but the overall goals of the department is to promote literacy.
